The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday arrested another key accused in the Red Fort bomb blast case.
Yasir Ahmad Dar, a resident of Shopian in Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar, was nabbed by the anti-terror probe agency from Delhi.

According to the NIA, Dar was involved in the conspiracy behind the Red Fort bomb blast. He was in contact with the Red Fort bomber Umar Un Nabi, and other accused.
The accused was later produced before the Patiala House court in Delhi which remanded him to the NIA custody till December 26.
So far, the NIA has arrested nine accused, including Dar, in connection with the Red Fort bomb blast case.
Initially registered by the Delhi Police, the case was later transferred to the NIA by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The NIA has confirmed that a Vehicle-Borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED) was used in the Delhi blast by Dr Umar Nabi, a suicide bomber. He was driving an i20 car that was used as a VBIED, which exploded outside the Red Fort, killing 15 people and injuring over 30.
